Cloud EFTPOS is your web portal for:

1. Managing your terminal
2. Configuring passcodes and user access
3. Running reports

You can access the Cloud EFTPOS Web Portal and log in using your email address and password.

Find your welcome email

Check your email and search for 'Cloud EFTPOS' to find the welcome email which will contain your email, password, merchant and refund passcodes.

Cloud EFTPOS Password Reset

Go to the Cloud EFTPOS Web Portal. On the Sign-in screen choose "Forgot password?", enter your email address and tap Send. You will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password.
